“Starting with Bernie I had little to no knowledge about fitness and healthy eating, she taught me so much about nutrition, how my body works, what it needs and so much more in between. 
Her meal plan for me was so easy to follow with so many delicious meals, snacks foods I love that I never thought I could eat while trying to lose weight, get fit and healthy. Every new meal she sent me was "my new favourite"
Bernie has taught me not to obsess over the scales as my weight would sometimes fluctuate from week to week and I struggled with that at the beginning, she gives the best support and advice and is always on the other side of the phone if im feeling unmotivated.
There is also a whatsapp group for her clients which I loved as you can chat to people who are on the same journey as you.
