This class will take place once a week for a duration of 4 weeks in An Crompán, An Cheathrú Rua for duration of 40 mins.
This block will either start Monday 2nd or 9th February 7:20-8:00pm at An Crompán (upstairs studio). Class depends if members would like a class on Bank Holiday or not .
