I understand that there are risks/ dangers in physical exercise & I agree to release, discharge, absolve & hold harmless the instructor and all liabilities arising out of any accident, injury or loss sustained by me as a result of activities at or present at any of Bernie Veronica Fitness Classes.Bernie Veronica Fitness’ is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason. All purchases are final.There is no refunds on classes for change of mind, user error, injury, illness, change of address or any other reasons. However, if the instructor cancels a class during a block due to illness, weather issues such as storms, floods etc, the class will be rescheduled to the following week or a later date.
